The Boppers
Since 2013, The Boppers have been smashing dancefloors and stages around the UK. With a huge repertoire of old school classics and modern-day bangers, these five musicians have a larger-than-life sound that brings energy and vibe, in colossal doses.
Having walked major stages, festival slots and worked as studio and session players, these five friends now make it their mission to bring the good times to weddings, corporate events, festivals, parties and charity fundraisers.
The importance of music therapy is something that most people don’t properly understand. The benefits it can bring are very real and measurable, which is backed up by numerous studies by people much smarter than us.
Music, even without the therapy part attached, has had a life altering impact on all members of our band. It has helped us heal, helped us celebrate and helped us recover from our darkest moments. Making music is embedded in all of us and we can’t live without it; and neither should our children.
We support George’s Rockstars because we truly believe that this treatment is vital and should be as available to children as medication. As many of us have experienced with our own children and siblings, these therapeutic moments can be the difference between a child being able to gather the strength for their next medical milestone, or not.
George’s Rockstars provide so much more than people realise, and we are proud to advocate and support this amazing cause!
James Westerby
James is a very talented Hampshire based loop pedal artist/ singer songwriter who frequently rocks out local music venues with his original tracks and energetic cover performances.

Roy Peplow is a south coast solo artist with raw vocals and high energy mixing rock and country with his own style to engage the crowd and put a smile on their face.
“Music is a powerful thing and can make the worst days bearable and the good days incredible to be able to give a gift like that to someone just by writing or playing music is why I got into it all in the first place.
The reason I wanted to help George’s Rockstars isn’t too dissimilar. In a world of pain and heartache sometimes the only light is a piece of music or a shared song between people to bring them together or remember the good times or just chase away the cloudy days.
I’m fortunate enough to call music my purpose, my job. But to be able to try and shine a light on something or someone and give just one smile or raise funds / assistance for people who need it, and especially children, who should have that wonder and magic filling their days, not pain and worries.
To be able to even give the hope for a day like that to someone just by picking up a guitar is something you can’t but nor something you can ever take away.”

Rubik’s Cube

Rubik’s Cube are an energetic rock choir based at Osborne School in Winchester (a Special Educational Needs school). The choir fuse Makaton sign language, singing, live music & inclusivity together to generate epic performances! The young people choose the songs and support each other whole-heartedly to achieve memorable moments.
Highlights for the choir include playing the Royal Albert Hall four times, being featured on BBC’s ‘The One Show’, supporting Peter Andre and performing at the Winchester Olympic Torch ceremony in 2012. The choir have also performed at the International Pop Overthrow Festival in Liverpool in both 2023 and 2024. They performed both times at the legendary ‘Cavern Club’, made famous by The Beatles.
Rubik’s Cube have performed for George’s Rockstars at many fundraising gigs and concerts and even took part in our 2023 Debut Christmas Song “Let’s Make Christmas Loud!”
