Christmas Tree Collection 2026

Our very popular charity Christmas tree collection with Piper Tree Services is back for the 6th year running raising vital funds to provide music therapy for children facing serious illness, disability, or mental health challenges across Hampshire, Dorset, and Sussex.
It’s simple:
1. Book your collection online – We’ll collect your real Christmas tree from outside your home after the holidays.
2. Make a donation – Your contribution goes directly towards funding music therapy sessions for children in hospital.
3. Feel good! – You’ve helped turn your tree into comfort, joy, and smiles for children spending time in hospital.
All trees are responsibly recycled thanks to the amazing team at Piper Tree Services, making this fundraiser as eco-friendly as it is impactful.
Last year, your trees helped raise thousands of pounds to bring music therapy to young patients and with your help, we can make 2026 even bigger!

The Big Give Christmas Challenge

We need your help!
This year we are taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. From the 2nd December to 9th December we will be aiming to raise £7,500 which will be match funded by the Big Give and our incredible pledgers raising the total of every donation to double the impact to £15,000 funding 600 music therapy sessions!

Christmas Tree Collection 2024

For our 5th year running our annual and very popular charity Christmas tree collection with Piper Tree Services is back!
Last year we collected over 500 trees across Southampton and Portsmouth and the surrounding areas and this year we want to smash that to help even more children in our local hospitals through the magic of music therapy. With help from MJC trees and Valley Tree Care, we know we can smash the £3400 raised last year which funded 136 music therapy sessions for children in hospitals across Hampshire!
